We support individuals to participate on fun outdoor activities, widen their social circles through group activities or with one to one support. Having chosen an activity, we encourage each young adult to commit to taking part in the activity. Some of the activities are games like bowling, camping, or any meaningful activities that will stimulate their minds. We organise day trips, supported holidays, and group camping. We also support young adults to attain health goals by accompanying them for swimming, gym and any form of exercising to keep fit. Healthy body is a healthy mind. We support clients with travel training, accessing in their own community, and building and maintaining links with friends, family and the community
