Sans Soucie Homecare Ltd are now offering supported living houses in Guildford and the surrounding areas.

With properties ranging in size from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Any prospective tenants may choose for a furnished or unfurnished room.

Overnight care is provided by an experienced staff team from Sans Soucie Home Care Ltd, trained in Positive Behavioural Support, and supported by the local CTPLD Team.

What we offer:

1. Initial support to apply for benefits
2. Budgeting – Gain an understanding of how to keep on top of your bills, online bill payment options and dealing with the issues that often occur with bills from
3. Support in signing Tenancy Agreement
4. Support with registering with GP within 7 days
5. Promote quality of life and give purpose to young adults
6. Evidencing what young adults are doing in their houses
7. Understanding House Management – finance, cooking, looking after environment, support to use diaries and alarm for appointment reminders
8. Prepare individuals to be independent on to life placement – if they are ready to move out, we work with social services and other Agencies to secure accommodation in the community, e.g. flat, house or bedsitter. We will not just dump them there, but we will maintain some form of contact as living alone may destabilise them. We can still carry on supporting them in their own environment depending on their needs. We will assure them that they can still depend on our services.
