Our staff are professionally interviewed and goes through comprehensive recruitment checks process such as DBS, references.

Once you have joined us, you will have gone through our and thorough induction, we will hold your hand and shadow you, supervise and observe you before commencing work or assigned to a service user.

We will help you understand the organisation and our values and help you to settle into the organisation and your role as quickly as possible.

Staff will be required to go under probationary period, will be closely observed, and supervised and helped to understand their job roles and responsibilities.

On-going Support, Training and Development

You will receive regular support, reviews, on-going supervision, spot checks and development opportunities to maintain high quality of service.

Once you start your job:  Staff will receive support in completing the Care Certificate workbooks and will be observed and assessed.

Training Programmes available: Learning Disability Awareness, Autism, Epilepsy Awareness, Challenging Behaviour Management, Moving and Handling, Medication Administration, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Food Safety, Safeguarding, Peg Feed, Mental Capacity, and other online refresher courses.

We work in conjunction with External Trainers who can make avail Nationally Accredited Diplomas and the Company encourages and also sponsor these variety of qualifications, such as QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care and Administration.
